All international students at UIUC are invited to attend Spring 2019 UIUC ESL Grammar Workshop Series hosted by students in EIL 422 English Grammar for ESL Teachers and UIUC ESL Services Program.
- Cost: ALL sessions are FREE for all international students at UIUC
- Location: Sessions will be held at Foreign Languages Building (in the basement)
- Topics: The following topics are the most difficult areas for ESL students and thus will be covered in the workshop series (click each link below to find out more information about each workshop):
- Sentence Structure
- Articles
- Tense & Aspect
- Prepositions & Phrasal Verbs
Note: You need to sign up for one session for each topic.

Each session will be two hours. Each session will include both a lecture/whole-class discussion and hands-on practice in smaller groups. There will be 2 through 4 instructors for each session, so students will have opportunities to ask for one-on-one help during small group activities.
